Proving Your Claim

Remember, you don’t have to PROVE anything. You’re going to be dealing with an insurance claim adjuster, not standing trial in the court of law. Your evidence does not have to meet all the legal criteria. As long as you can convince the insurance company that you have a reasonable case, you can get compensation. Remember, most of the time it’s a lot cheaper for them to pay you a fair amount in compensation than to go to court, so if they think you have a pretty good chance of winning the case, they will try to settle. Sometimes, all it takes is one well-crafted letter.
